Paper Mo and Co

Paper Mo and Co. was founded in mid-2018 in hopes of preserving Filipino traditional craft, amid the growing number of local artisans and the ceaseless enthusiasm for paper craft products around the world. 

Papier-mâché is an extremely versatile medium to create beautiful pieces of art and décor, and we at PMC feel that our unique and functional paper mache designs reflect exquisite Filipino craftsmanship and design sustainability.  We sketch, mold and meticulously handcraft various designs using recycled paper or abaca pulp, homemade non-molding glue and the bare skillful hands of our workers.  Our finished products are durable and tested to last years in storage and display.  This gives us the flexibility to create a multitude of new custom designs for our customers.  

Our paper craft company is focused on the timely delivery and superb quality of products on top of superior customer service.  We hold office and a manufacturing facility in Taguig, Metro Manila.  But main production is in the hands of a large cooperative - mostly women - where work is outsourced from different parts of of Laguna and not just Paete - where paper mache or “taka”, in Filipino, is largely made.  These workers are empowered to set their own goals for production and compensation.
